Globe Telecom Hotline numbers


Knowing hotlines is so important from ordering something, billing inquiries or even on an emergency. For mobile Telecom here in the Philippines its so important to know the contact details or hotlines in case we need for customer service. I’m a Globe subscriber from mobile and to my Wi-Max internet and it happens that I had a problem on my internet. For no reason I haven’t had their customer hotline number to seek help for the problem I had. This brought my attention that I should have their hotline numbers for them to salvage if in case I need to. To refrain from not knowing all necessary hotline numbers I keep a copy of Globe Telecom hotlines and listed below for those who don’t have a copy.

    today, 05/22/2010 will gona be my first time to complain about globe service. i tried to register atxt20 and the notification was delayed so i tried to resend atxt20 again to 8888.
    i received a notification that i registered twice!
    atxt20 reg is 20 pesos.. since i sent the registration twice, they charged me twice too! with my past experience, this never happened before. if you’re still registered, it will not accept registration unless you will stop the registration promo or if promo has already expired. but this time, they allowed to have it registered. this is corrupt! im starting to hate the globe service.. they consume load for no reason. corrupt!

    Yes at least 8.00 peso remain in account to make a 211 call and no deduction when you made that call.

    nangangain ng load ang globe sim ko! kagabi nag pa load ako 25 pesos naka 3 txt ako habang inaantay ang unli or combo ko pag ka wala ng load. Nag pa pasa naman ako sa fren ko ng 24 pesos mag uunli din sana ako maya maya boom wala naman yung pinasa sakin sobra naman mangain ng load ang globe. sana binibalik yung load kasi naka record naman yun sa data nyo kung may sira or bag ang system nyo trying to fix agad then ibalik yung mga load na hindi naman na consume ng customer nyo! isa pang concern ko kada unli ko last sim ko globe din pag mag loload ako 30 pesos iuunli ko yung 20 sa combo bakit wala ng tinitira na load diba dapat 20 lang kukunin nyo bakit nilalahat nyo yung pag expire ng load tama ba yun?! nag palit ako ng sim para dina nako makainan ng load pero mas lumakas pa kumaen ng load ang nabili kong sim sa globe ko mismo binili sa sm manila sa baba ng siberzone.

    bakit po di ako makapag redeem using my points sa globe prepaid? whenever I try to send REDEEM od the one that I want to redeem its saying that “your request cant be processed as of the moment. You may have entered an invalid keyword, or the reward you tried redeeming is temporarily deactivated. Pls Text REWARDS to 4438 for the correct keywords, or ITEMS to 4438 for the list of rewards. Thank you!” but when I send REWARDS or ITEMS to 4438 its giving me the same response!!!

    kinain ng globe ung load ko na 25.. puro lecheng answering machine ang sumasagot sa lahat ng hotline nila. 25 pesos lang naman un ei ang problema lang kung kylan nasa emergency ako sa gitna ng lakas ng ulan at baha saka pa nagka ganon! nagulat na lang ako below 5pesos na lang daw ung load ko ng mag reregister ako sa unli! sa 9 Billion na kinikita ng globe di ba nila kayang ayusin ung sistema nila!

    Hi! Bakit yung TM ko pag tumatawag ako laging napuputol ang tawag pagdating ng 1:01 (one minute, and 1 second). Hassle tuloy. Sinubukan kong tumawag sa hotline (808) nila wala na mang kwenta kasi hindi naman tao ang sumasagot.

    We are in the business of CCTV installation in davao and cebu. One of our concern using globe is can’t able to “PORT FORWARD” or can’t be remotely viewed through internet, especially using wimax. The telephone number is 038-5004128. The CCTV installed three months ago, it doesn’t serve it’s purpose without remote view, is there a way we can upgrade it to static connection?     good evening po. recently nawala ko cell phone ko, so tinry ko na sa internet lang maghanap ng mobile tracker pero wala talaga akong makitang tracker na matino. yung sa globe naman di kami sure kung free ba o may bayad yun, tapos a few years ago kase nung sinubukan yun ng tita ko kelangan pa mag confirm nung tinatrack na payag siya sa ganun. sa case ko parang ang hirap na eh. gusto ko lang po magtanong kung me free ba or low-cost na mobile tracker ang globe na di na kelangan ng confirmation. o di kaya papano po yung pag lock na lang ng sim?.. saka yung phone ko nakuha ko sa prepaid na deal, so iaask ko na din kung pwede i-lock pati ung phone. thank you po..

    I have been a TM subscriber for two months now, but I am not so satisfied with the service? The signal is not quite good and I’ve been receiving late text messages.     Nag avail ako ng unlisurf 499 internet for 30 days 4 days palang wala na akong net sa phone tapos inubos nya load ko pag naglload ako. Bat naapektohan regular load ko nag avail nga ako ng 499 para unlinet for 30 days tapos 4 days palang wala na pati load ko inuubos.

    palpak na globe wimax. almost 4month’s pero kht kailan hindi ko naramdaman kht sa haft ung speed ng globe wimax ko. na putulupan pa ako ng internet kc walang bill na dumating and hindi ako nabigyan ng resibo nang nag install sakin ng internet kaya nadagdagan pa fee ko. Old model pa daw ung modem na binigay sakin sv ng friend ko. anu ba pde kong gawin? hndi kc worth it ung pag bayad monthly sa service nyo.
